By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. pk947 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts for which proof of age cannot be established will be suspended without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling or sports betting is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the pk947 Platform. pk947 does not provide legal advice. Access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited does not constitute any representation by pk947 that such access is lawful. Pakistani players are individually responsible for reviewing applicable local laws before registering or placing wagers.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold a pk947 account: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from pk947 during the active period of self-exclusion; (c) employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of pk947 or its partner organisations; (d) persons accessing the Platform via automated means, bots, or scripts.
2.4 Representation. By using pk947, you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2, and that you will notify pk947 immediately if your eligibility status changes.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active pk947 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and, at pk947's discretion, forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. pk947 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). pk947 is required to verify the identity of account holders prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Additional documentation such as proof of address and payment method ownership may also be required. Accounts for which KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.
3.4 Account Currency. All pk947 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No alternative currency is accepted or maintained on the Platform.

5.6 No Third-Party Transactions. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you may not receive withdrawal funds into an account not registered in your own legal name. Transactions involving third-party payment sources will be refused and the sending payment method may be reported.

6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the pk947 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or table games. 6.2 Finality of Results. All game outcomes, whether produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer operations, are final once confirmed by the system. pk947 will not reverse or void game results except where (a) a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome, or (b) a mathematical or system error in the published odds or pay table has been identified and notified to affected users.

9.1 All content on the pk947 Platform, including but not limited to the pk947 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data structures, is the intellectual property of pk947 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. No licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any pk947 intellectual property is granted.
10.1 The pk947 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk947 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
10.2 pk947 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions, even where pk947 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 pk947's total cumulative liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to the Platform in the ninety (90) days preceding the relevant claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, pk947 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to prohibited conduct pending investigation. Legitimate balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method following completion of any applicable investigation.
12.3 You may voluntarily close your pk947 account at any time by contacting pk947 support via live chat. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to applicable KYC requirements.
13.1 This Agreement and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the pk947 Platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk947 is licensed and operated.

13.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and pk947.
14.1 pk947 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the pk947 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
14.3 The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you may hold under applicable law.
